Refund Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To be fair and consistent with you and the practitioners hosting activities, below is our refund policy for all events, retreats, and wellness sessions hosted by The Blue Hydrangea.
Day Passes and Individual Session Bookings

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.

Cancellations made 3–7 days in advance may receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable, but we will do our best to apply the amount as credit toward another session or event (subject to availability).
Retreat Packages (Multi-Session or Weekend Bookings)

Cancellations more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.

Cancellations 7–14 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future retreat.

Cancellations less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.
Refund Requests
All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing to [your email address] and will be processed within 7 business days.
Weather or Event Cancellation
If we must cancel or reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option of:
