Founder, The Blue Hydrangea
Lenoure Mullaney
Lenoure is a lifelong equestrian and certified yoga and meditation instructor who brings a global perspective to this local sanctuary. Her 25-year career in international development began as a journalist and Peace Corps Volunteer in Togo and led to leadership roles designing large-scale programs that supported agricultural growth, infrastructure, and access to water and markets for vulnerable communities.
Her vision for The Blue Hydrangea—a 28-acre forested equine and retreat center on a brook just outside DC—is to unite gifted leaders in psychological, spiritual, and physical wellness and offer a space for them to nurture physical and emotional resilience for our guests and build community in partnership with nature.
Lenoure's own sessions focus on in yin and yang yoga along with meditation to help guests release stagnation and reconnect with their inner master.

Certified Breathwork Facilitator
Katie Lemmert
Katie is a breathwork guide and yoga teacher passionate about holistic healing. She began her journey at David Elliott’s Healer Training at Omega Institute and went on to study at Atma Buti® Sound & Vibrational School, with additional training in New Mexico. A 200-hour YTT graduate, she has also studied Meridian Yoga Therapy and Yin, and is an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist (NADA protocol). Breathwork has been deeply transformational for her, and she is dedicated to sharing its healing power with her community.

Growth through Grief Coach | Certified Yoga Instructor | Trauma-Informed Facilitator
Jen Santiago
Jen Santiago is a certified yoga instructor, grief coach, and trauma-informed facilitator dedicated to helping others navigate loss and reconnect with their inner resilience. Her work is grounded in personal experience with grief and PTSD, as well as academic study—including a Master’s from the Marine Corps Command and Staff College, where she focused on emotional regulation and post-traumatic growth in military communities.
Jen trained in traditional yoga and sound healing in the US and India, and she leads compassionate circles and one-on-one coaching that blend reflective sharing, breathwork, and gentle movement. Her sessions offer safe, grounding spaces for connection, embodiment, and healing.
She also holds a law degree from Villanova and is an Emmy-winning journalist whose international reporting deepened her cross-cultural empathy.

Endira Stewart is the founder of Affirmation Ally, a heart-led brand and community, centered around the healing power of intentional affirmations, self-reflection, and presence.
As a Mental Wellness Advocate and Self-Love Guide, Endira creates spaces that are both grounding and expansive - where softness is celebrated and healing doesn’t have to be loud to be real. Her work invites others to slow down, speak gently to themselves, and reconnect with the truth of who they are. She believes healing doesn’t have to be performative or perfect - it can be quiet, slow, and deeply personal.
Endira is honored to hold space for reflection, creative expression, and intentional inner work - offering practices that help participants return to themselves with care, clarity, and compassion. Her hope is that each person leaves feeling more seen, more supported, and more at home in their becoming.

Holistic Practitioner | Sound Healer | Rhythmic Wellness Guide
Tonia Bultrowicz
Tonia Bultrowicz is a holistic practitioner and teacher with over 30 years of experience in wellness programming and a background in the mental health field. She is the founder of Calming Winds and The Loudoun Drumming Group, and is known for her dynamic integration of music, rhythm, and energy healing.
Tonia offer sunset sound baths, reflexology, and rhythmic drum experiences using shamanic drums and her signature 6-foot Tambour Unity Drum—designed to help participants raise their vibration through communal rhythm and movement.
Her practice emphasizes balance of mind, body, and soul. She believes that physical and emotional discomfort often reflect deeper imbalances—and that holistic practices can support healing by addressing the root causes in harmony with traditional care.

With 20+ years of teaching experience, Zahra blends Hatha yoga, mindfulness, and a deep focus on hip and lower back care. After running studios in Arlington, she now brings her grounding, healing presence to Lovettsville. Her sessions support alignment, release, and clarity—leaving you feeling lighter, stronger, and more at ease.

Known for her calming presence and detail-oriented care, Anna creates a welcoming space where participants feel nurtured, renewed, and confident. Her gentle, rhythmic techniques are designed to reduce puffiness, boost circulation, and leave participants feeling renewed, radiant, and relaxed.

Giselle is a Transformational Coach and Retreat Organizer specializing in Somatic Ecstatic Dance, Sound Healing and Mindfulness. Giselle thrives at holding space where creativity and wellness meet, where people can completely rest, relax, but also tune in to their own vibrant and playful energy. Rest and Play are the Yin and Yang of her practice, drawing out a stillness of mind and an exuberance of spirit that can sometimes get lost in the fast-paced yet routine rhythm of our lives.

With a background in fine art photography and a deep love for visual storytelling, Kerstin helps people of all ages slow down, reconnect, and rediscover their creative spark. She sees the world through a lens of beauty, intention, and wonder—and loves helping others awaken those things within themselves.
What she offers is simple but powerful: space to create, to breathe, and to just be. Her ZenJourneys blend mindful drawing (Zentangle) with gentle breathwork and sound healing, inviting people to relax, reduce mental clutter, increase self-expression, and feel more grounded and confident.
Kerstin’s work is a gentle reminder that we all need a place to land—a quiet moment, a creative outlet, a way to breathe a little easier, whether we’re 8 or 80. Giving ourselves permission to pause through the arts can be one of the most powerful things we do.

Karyn O'Leary
With over 15 years as a clinical social worker, Karyn has had the honor of walking alongside children, teens, adults, and families through some of their most challenging—and most meaningful—moments. Her approach blends traditional therapy with holistic practices that connect mind, body, and spirit.
Her life-long desire to support healing deepened after experiencing personal loss that opened her to energy work and intuitive practices. Especially passionate about working with children and families, she weaves together trauma-informed care, mindfulness, play therapy, and energy healing techniques to create a safe, nurturing space for transformation. She also holds certifications in Integrative Quantum Medicine, and offers sessions in both English and Spanish.
Originally from Massachusetts, she has called Virginia home for over 20 years. She is a wife, mom, and a big believer in creating spaces where people feel truly seen and supported.
