1. Bookings & Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot.

  • By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You are responsible for reading full session descriptions, requirements, and cancellation terms before booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, available on our website.

  • No-shows and last-minute cancellations (within 72 hours of the event) are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, or low enrollment. In such cases, participants may receive a refund or transfer credit.

3. Assumption of Risk

  • By participating in any onsite activities, including but not limited to yoga, walking trails, equine interaction, or meditation, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept all inherent risks.

  • All services are offered for general wellness purposes and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or veterinary care.

  • You agree not to hold The Blue Hydrangea, its staff, practitioners, or affiliates liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred during your visit or participation.

4. Conduct & Use of Property

  • Guests are expected to treat all people, animals, and the land with respect and care.

  • Unauthorized use of facilities, including barn areas, pastures, or forested zones, is not permitted without staff guidance.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event or the premises if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.

5. Privacy

  • We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details on how your data is used.

6. Website Use

  • Content on this site is owned or licensed by The Blue Hydrangea. Reproduction, redistribution, or use without permission is prohibited.
