Yin Yoga

This Yin Yoga practice invites you into a space of stillness, surrender, and deep inner listening—an intentional way to gently kick off your Summer Solstice evening. You will join the group on the front lawn overlooking the horses. Through long-held, supported postures, you will soften your body’s deeper fascia, tissue, and ligaments, while guiding awareness inward. With breath as our anchor and chakra-balancing cues throughout, this soulful and reverent practice creates space for release, reflection, and quiet renewal.
