Come dressed in your finest, flowy, nature-inspired attire and step into a night of connection, beauty, and celebration. Sound Bath with Giselle of GG Empowers Giselle blends her background in meditation with her training in music to create a soundscape journey using singing bowls, chimes, drums, and her own voice. This immersive experience is both deeply restful and gently stimulating, guiding you inward toward bliss and unconditional self-love. Somatic Ecstatic Dance A joyful, freeform dance practice combining movement, breath, and affirmations to help you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your authentic, embodied self. No dance experience required — just an open mind, an open heart, and a willingness to move. Leave feeling lighter, freer, and more connected to yourself and those around you.
