This powerful celestial event—when Earth’s shadow completely covers the Moon—brings themes of release, healing, and introspection. It’s a time to clear out what no longer serves, invite breakthroughs on new paths, and honor the deep wisdom of intuition. The Blue Hydrangea is a 28-acre horse farm surrounded by pasture, forest, and a creek. This evening will be a chance to reconnect with yourself, with nature, with your breath, and with the universal energy flow. ✨ What to Expect ✨ -Guided Breathwork practice to stir inner energy, invite release, and drop into your heart space -A custom flow of oils and aromatherapy to support emotional balance and somatic release -Sound bowl meditation with Himalayan bowls, chimes, and bells for deep relaxation and harmony -Intention setting under the full eclipse energy -Space for reflection and optional sharing at the close Breathwork is a simple yet profound practice that helps reduce stress, calm the mind, and encourage inner clarity. Together, we’ll use the breath as medicine to illuminate the inner landscape and call in harmony and peace. All are welcome, and no experience is needed. Just bring a mat if you have one and a water bottle if you like, and wear comfortable layers. This event is rain or shine and will be held in the barn with the horses our outdoors in one of our fields. You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.
