(Shamanic drums provided) Join Tonia, of Calming Winds and Loudoun County Drumming, along with Doris, in a joyful, heart-centered drum circle where rhythm becomes a catalyst to growth. Through guided drumming, breath, and movement, we’ll awaken the body’s natural pulse, release stagnant energy, and reconnect with the healing beat of the earth. No experience is necessary; just bring your curiosity, your hands, and your presence. This is a space for grounding, expression, and community connection, held under the open sky.
