Experience pure magic, tucked away beneath a tree-lined nook on the farm: a soul-soothing sound bath, and a joyful, freeing somatic-ecstatic dance. Come dressed in your finest, flowy, nature-inspired attire and step into a night of connection, beauty, and celebration. Sound Bath Giselle blends her background in meditation with her training in music to create a soundscape journey using singing bowls, chimes, drums, and her own voice. This immersive experience is both deeply restful and gently stimulating, guiding you inward toward bliss and unconditional self-love. Somatic Ecstatic Dance A joyful, freeform dance practice combining movement, breath, and affirmations to help you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your authentic, embodied self. No dance experience required — just an open mind, an open heart, and a willingness to move. Leave feeling lighter, freer, and more connected to yourself and those around you. Bring with you: Yoga mat or chair if you need them for the sound bath (we have some) Dress Code: Flowy, nature-inspired attire — think soft dresses or wide-legged pants that move with you. If your group is larger than 9 or you would like more time, for $30 more we offer groups of 10+and we can add additional time for journaling and integration discussion also for $30 more.
