Service Description

Let this immersive sound bath be your soft landing at the end of a beautiful day and a restorative summer solstice. As the sun sets over the pastures, we’ll gather on the lawn for deep rest and restoration. Tonya uses crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments to guide you into a meditative state of calm, clarity, and inner spaciousness. This session is the perfect close to an evening of Yin Yoga and creekside meditation. We'll walk back together from the water’s edge to the softly lit lawn, where sound instruments await in a serene, open-air setting. You’re warmly welcome to join us, whether or not you attended earlier sessions—just bring yourself, an open heart, and something cozy to lie on.
