Join Lenoure and Puffy for an evening of movement and reflection on the beach. We'll begin with energizing movement to shake off old, stagnant energy and bring in more flow. We’ll pause for a guided meditation. The evening will end with a deep yin practice to release the fascia and meditate on physical and spiritual surrender. You will leave feeling like you have had a full body and full brain massage, and the ladies in Virginia all promise you'll sleep better that night than you have in a long, long time. Pricing: $15 per yoga session · $25 for meditation · $35 for the full experience ($20 discount) Supporter Rate: $50 — for those who wish to contribute a little more to help keep these community offerings sustainable and accessible for all. 5:45 PM – Arrival and Settling-In 6:00–6:30 PM – Yang Yoga + Energy Clearing (Vinyasa Yoga) Awaken your chi and clear out old, stagnant energy through dynamic movement that flows with your breath. 6:30–7:15 PM – Manifestation and Chakra Balancing Meditation Clear and balance your chakras, manifest your best life, and bring forward new optimism and exciting opportunities for the summer season. 7:15–8:00 PM – Yin Yoga A deeply restorative, seated practice using long-held postures to gently open the body and calm the nervous system.
