✨ Harness the bold and transformative energy of the Fire Horse with movement and meditation. Last year we met with the introspective Snake, shedding energies and patterns that no longer serve and entering a period of rebirth. This year invites us to gently awaken and move toward community, clarity, spirit, intuition, and momentum. The session begins with a grounding Short Chi Dragon Flow, incorporating light movement to open the body and clear old, stagnant energy. From there, you’ll be guided through a calming chakra balancing practice which will flow into a powerful manifestation meditation. The meditation will help you realign and set intentional direction to achieve your best life in every area. No experience or equipment needed, unless you want to use your own mat, cushions, blankets, and water.
